Richland Energy Services - Residential Energy Conservation & Solar Loan Program

Richland Energy Services offers rebates and low-interest loans to eligible customers. To qualify, applicants must have electric service from the City of Richland, use electric heating, maintain a good credit history, and provide proof of income. Additionally, there must be no liens beyond the first mortgage, or sufficient equity if multiple mortgages exist. If you meet these requirements, complete the low-interest loan application and submit it along with proof of income to Energy Services for approval. Refer to the application form for more details.
