About this incentive
Note: applications currently closed due to full allocation of budget. This program combines the previous Commercial Solar Grant Program and the Solar Canopy and Dual Use Technology Programs. The program has a budget for FY 2026 of $13 million, which as of January 9, 2026 has been fully allocated. Funding is no longer exclusively for solar systems above parking. The program provides funding ranging from $750 to $2,500 per kW depending on project category.
