Central Lincoln People's Municipal Utility District (CLPUD) offers a variety of energy efficiency programs for residential customers to save energy in eligible homes. Rebates are available for appliances, heat pumps, water heaters, weatherization measures, lighting, replacement windows, and Energy Star Manufactured homes.
