About this incentive
Con Edison is offering the Energy Efficient Savings for Renters and Homeowners Program. Through this program, incentives are offered on energy efficient heating and cooling equipment for residences in the eligible service area. Service addresses that have one to four residential dwelling units may participate in the program. Eligible measures and equipment include heat pumps, smart thermostats, LED lighting and weatherization measures. All equipment must be installed by a participating contractor and installations may be inspected before incentive payments. Additionally, rebates are provided for certain appliances. View the program web site for eligibility and instructions on how to have a secondary, working unit picked up. Contact Con Edison for more information on these programs.
