About this incentive

Note: The application period for the most recent round of funding ended on April 18, 2025. The Clean Fuel Advanced Technology project is supported with Congestion Mitigation Air Quality funds provided by the NC Department of Transportation. The primary purpose of this program is to reduce emissions related to transportation in 24 eligible counties in North Carolina. Electric vehicle charging station projects will be accepted in all 100 North Carolina counties. Applications should be emailed to Rick Sapienza at resapienza@ncsu.edu.
