About this incentive
Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) provides incentives for cost-effective custom projects for new construction and retrofits that fall outside of our standard rebate programs and standard rebates for qualifying electrically heated new construction multi-family housing projects. In addition, EWEB offers low-interest loans to help finance energy projects. Custom incentives are based on verified electric energy savings and are subject to a cost cap. To be eligible for incentive, project must have a benefit to cost ratio (as defined by BPA) of greater than one Interested customers should contact EWEB for more specific information before starting projects.
