About this incentive

Columbia Water & Light (CWL) provides residential customers with a variety of incentive programs to increase energy efficiency in homes. The following programs are available: Home Performance With Energy Star: This is a national program designed to bring your home up to Energy Star standards. A certified contractor will perform an assessment of your home to show you ways to save on your energy costs. Electric Vehicle Charge Rebates: CWL offers rebates for Level 2 Electric Vehicle Chargers for both retrofits and new home construction. Attic Plus Rebates: Rebates for insulation improvements are available to residential electric customers whose homes may not be eligible for Home Performance rebates. Income-Qualifying Programs: These programs help City of Columbia citizens get the energy they need. With these programs, you can benefit or help others benefit by donating small sums of money.
