Eligible measures include: Window Film or Solar Screens Energy Star Windows Cool/Reflective Roof Ceiling Insulation Upgrades Heat Pumps Duct Repair/Replacements A/C Proper Sizing w/ R-30 Attic Insulation Energy Star Heat Pump Water Heaters Random on-site verification may be scheduled prior to issuing rebates. Rebates are paid as a credit on the customer's bill.
