Southern California Edison's Multifamily Property Resource Center offers programs and financing to help owners and managers of buildings with five or more units improve energy efficiency and save on costs. Services include energy benchmarking, zero-interest on-bill financing, free upgrades for income-qualified properties, flexible loans through GoGreen Multifamily, and solar incentives through the SOMAH program.
