Anaheim’s New Construction Incentives Program helps commercial, industrial, and institutional projects reduce installation and upgrade costs by offering performance-based incentives—up to \$400 per kW reduction, capped at \$50,000 per facility—for buildings that exceed California’s Title 24 energy standards. By engaging early in the design phase, businesses can receive expert guidance through a Design Assistance Review, submit required Title 24 and ECON-1 forms, and complete necessary documentation (W-9, 590) to qualify. A post-installation inspection verifies compliance, and support is available through Anaheim Public Utilities.
